The Epoch Times interviewed Shackelford, McKinley & Norton, LLP partner Gregory Reigel on the Federal Aviation Administration launching a $32.5 billion, multi-year project to modernize U.S. air traffic control by replacing aging, World War II-era radar and analog systems with advanced technology. The initiative aims to enhance safety, reduce delays, and update infrastructure at 5,000 locations, including 600 radar systems.
Reigel said the project is essentially one of the most ambitious and wide-reaching infrastructure projects in U.S. history. “I think it’s a good thing. I think they’re on the right track,”.
