Rusty Hardin & Associates Verdict Featured in Legal Publications The legal publications Law360, Texas Lawyer, and The Texas Lawbook recently reported on the lawsuit where a truck driver ran over and killed an oil field worker, then left the scene. In January, a Hays County jury returned a $46 million verdict finding the truck driver and trucking company liable for negligence.
