Burns Charest attorneys have filed a lawsuit on behalf of a former partner of Dallas-based venture capital firm Perot Jain, L.P, alleging firm founders Ross Perot, Jr. and Anurag Jain of failing to honor the terms of his employment agreement. In a Law360 article, the firm’s Daniel Charest says that Perot and Jain have not denied that they made promises to the former partner to compensate him for an equity sale.
“He’s the one that made the value for them, and they don’t want to pay him his fair share,” Charest said. The lawsuit filed in Dallas County alleges fraud, breach of contract, and related claims.
