The promotion of two new partners at Hilgers PLLC garnered media coverage from publications in their respective markets.The Atlanta Business Chronicle profiled recently promoted partner Will Burgess, while D Magazine highlighted new partner Kelsey Shofner. 

Mr. Burgess is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Harvard Law School, Mr. Burgess focuses his practice on complex antitrust, trade secret disputes, and high-stakes commercial litigation at the firm’s Atlanta office. 

Ms. Shofner joined Hilgers in Dallas as a partner to lead the firm’s national corporate practice. She advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, and governance, bringing experience from both private practice and in-house counsel roles.
