The Dallas Morning News and several media outlets recently featured Rogge Dunn Group attorney Rogge Dunn after seven former employees filed coordinated multi-state lawsuits against Dallas-based Prime Data Centers, seeking over $400 million in unpaid compensation.  

The legal actions name the company, its subsidiary Data Realty Holdings Corp., CEO Nicholas Laag, and CFO Ulrich Pelz as defendants on civil claims including fraud, breach of contract, and civil racketeering.  

Mr. Dunn said, “as Prime’s value skyrocketed, instead of honoring its contractual commitments so employees who were instrumental in its growth could benefit financially from their work, company ownership looked for ways to take from them what they earned and were owed.”
