The attorneys at Simon Greenstone Panatier were featured in The Texas Lawbook, KARE 11 News, and Law 360 after securing a $10.2 million jury verdict in Minneapolis for a couple alleging mesothelioma from asbestos-contaminated cosmetic talc. The lawsuit focused on Vi-Jon LLC and other manufacturers for selling products in a “defective and unreasonably dangerous condition.” 

The trial revealed that the defendants failed to test for asbestos or heed safety warnings regarding talc supplies.
