The Aldous Law Firm was mentioned in a Dallas Morning News after filing a lawsuit against Life Time Fitness in Highland Park, alleging that a child was sexually abused by the daycare manager’s son at the facility over a two-year period.  

“The lawsuit alleges that the company failed to provide adequate monitoring and to enforce policies designed to protect children.” The family seeks monetary relief in excess of $1 million, according to the lawsuit.
