Blizzard Greenberg partner Anna Greenberg’s latest case against Massage Envy received coverage from ABC 13’s Eyewitness News, featuring interviews with Ms. Greenberg and her client.

The lawsuit details Massage Envy’s policy, which doesn’t require franchisees to report the assaults to authorities. Instead, Massage Envy handles claims internally.

The plaintiff, identified as M.K. in the filing, told ABC 13 that Massage Envy needs to start reporting assaults to police.“I don’t know why they would protect these people,” she said.

Ms. Greenberg has already filed six separate suits against the company.

“When complaints by multiple clients just keep getting ignored, that’s where the problem lies,” Ms. Greenberg told ABC 13.
