A family represented by Texas-based attorneys Zehl & Associates has filed a lawsuit against Fort Worth’s All Saints’ Episcopal School was featured in the Ft. Worth Star Telegram, following an incident in which their son sustained injuries from a “skull crusher” TikTok prank conducted by other students. The suit alleges that despite previous warnings to administrators about bullying, the school failed to intervene in the physical assault.
