WFAA reports on a lawsuit filed by Martin Walker on behalf of a former Celina ISD student, alleging misconduct by a school coach and failures by the district to protect students.

The report outlines the claims raised in the lawsuit and the broader concerns surrounding student safety and accountability within school athletic programs.

“Every red flag in this case was met with a green light. This is a systemic failure by the school district to stop a known predator from preying on our children,” said Martin Walker partner Jack Walker.
