Blizzard Greenberg partner Anna Greenberg spoke with CBS Austin,The Austin American-Statesman and ABC Austin on the firm’s most recent case filed against a Massage Envy franchise for sexual assault. 

“You’re putting a massage therapist in a room alone with a practically naked woman on a daily basis,” Greenberg told the CBS affiliate. “Knowing his violent tendencies towards women, you would think that a Massage Envy franchisee would never hire somebody like that.” 

Ms. Greenberg’s client also spoke with the ABC KVUE Austin and described what happened to her during her massage.  

“I froze up, I didn’t know what to do. I just was beyond scared,” she said.
