Blizzard Greenberg PLLC’s most recent case against Massage Envy received attention from The Dallas Morning News in the paper’s article titled, “Former Dallas employee sues Massage Envy for alleged assault during appointment.”

The suit claims that a longtime employee of Massage Envy was sexually assaulted during an appointment at the Uptown location.

“Rather than terminating the therapist, this franchisee allowed him to continue working, having access to other women,” partner Anna Greenberg says in the piece. “It makes you wonder how often this happens.”

The suit alleges a pattern of misconduct in which Massage Envy fails to properly enforce the company’s own safety and training policies.
