King & Spalding was featured in Texas Lawyer after announcing the firm has doubled its Dallas footprint by leasing 52,826 square feet in the 23Springs tower, set for a Q2 2027 move-in to accommodate rapid personnel growth. The expansion, driven by a need for more space and talent acquisition, places the firm in the high-end Uptown market alongside other national legal practices.
Managing partner Tom Melsheimer said, “a larger space was needed to accommodate both current and anticipated future growth. Since opening in early 2024 with 15 attorneys, King & Spalding has grown its Dallas office to about 50 lawyers in antitrust, business litigation, corporate transactions, finance, intellectual property, products liability and mass torts, real estate and funds, and government investigations.”
