The Fort Worth Star-Telegram interviewed Beasley Allen’s client Alice Salas about her battle with ovarian cancer caused by Johnson & Johnson’s now discontinued baby powder. 

The article titled “Thousands blame J&J baby powder for cancer. An obscure Texas law keeps lawsuits buried,” explores how the Texas Business Organizations Code’s statute has put her case against the company and thousand others on hold. 

“They don’t care what we have to go through because of their product,” Ms. Salas told the Star-Telegram. “Some people have passed away and left families devastated, and they don’t care. All they care about is making money, whether it hurts anyone or not.”
