San Antonio Express–News’ digital platform reported on theZehl & Associates lawsuit against Valero Oil for arefinery explosion that has left five workers with serious injuries.  

“This incident has affected all of the crew members from a physical injury standpoint and emotionally. Each of them have sought psychiatric counseling. They have a long road ahead of them before they’re physically fit to return to this line of work in or around refineries, if ever,” Lamar DeLong told MySA. “… Our clients trusted that Valero would conduct its refinery operations in a safe manner – and they got burned.”
