Former Principal Deputy Chief Immigration Judge and Roy Petty & Associates Senior Counsel Dan Weiss provided insights into why U.S. immigration court system is at its breaking point in an opinion column written for the Dallas Morning News. In the commentary, he explained why the proposed use of military lawyers with no immigration experience to decide asylum cases may be inappropriate and ineffective.
