Marrs Ellis & Hodge partner Kyle Baum spoke with KLTV in Odessa regarding what property owners can do when approached by the company leading the state’s newest and longest natural gas pipeline in Texas.
Mr. Baum explains that landowners should consult an attorney to help evaluate documents and protect their interests.
“Property owners will have one opportunity to receive compensation for both the land taken and any changes that affect their property,” Mr. Baum told ABC.
