Marrs Ellis & Hodge name partner Justin Hodge appeared on Houston Matters, a radio program, to discuss the eminent domain concerns related to the $1.7 billion Trident Intrastate LNG Pipeline project that will run roughly 216 miles from Katy to Port Arthur. 

“That’s where I come in on some level and lawyers like me. There’s a tension there and that tension is between folks who own private property in Texas so you have farmers, ranchers, other types of commercial properties that are impacted by these pipelines and the lines go through their private property and it can interfere with the use of their land,” Mr. Hodge said on the Houston Public Media program.
