A lawsuit filed by Johnston Clem Gifford partner Kodie Bennion on behalf of a Dallas investor bringing fraud claims against the current board chair of Stanford University was featured in The Dallas Morning News. The lawsuit filed in Dallas County alleges Lily Sarafan perpetuated a bait-and-switch scheme to defraud home care franchisee Jared Caplan of his investment of money and time.Caplan claims he invested millions of dollars to make his franchise successful because of critical promises made to him personally and contractually by Sarafan.
