Texas litigation boutique Vartabedian Hester & Haynes LLP has bolstered its white-collar and securities capabilities by adding partner Toby Galloway to its North Texas operations.  

As detailed by Law360 and The Texas Lawbook, Mr. Galloway is a former regional trial counsel for the SEC and will split his time between the firm’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices, focusing on internal investigations, government enforcement, and complex business litigation alongside former U.S. Attorney Richard Roper. 

“I’ve done really every type of SEC enforcement case you can do, whether at the SEC or on the defense side,” Galloway said. “That includes all sorts of accounting and financial reporting issues, issues with broker dealers and investment advisors and insider trading.”
