“One kind of bright star in the office market, and it’s a little strange, but all the new buildings that have been built in the last five years are pretty much full. Why would anybody build a new building, you know, in an office market that’s kind of looks terrible? The reason is because everybody’s rethinking their space. People want new energy efficient space that’s close to amenities,” said Mr. Moody.
