Jackson Walker partner Wasif Qureshi was featured in a Bloomberg Law story explaining the massive expansion of AI and data center facilities that has triggered an influx of intellectual property litigation.  

Mr. Qureshi notes that abundant and publicly available technical literature on cooling equipment makes it easy for plaintiffs to build patent infringement claims. Qureshi highlights that patent holders frequently target data center operators rather than suppliers to secure multiple financial recoveries.
