The court is a fast-paced alternative to Delaware’s Court of Chancery, according to litigators. While case volume and written opinions have surged, the court is navigating initial operational challenges regarding infrastructure and potential judicial turnover.   

Mr. Bankler said, “That timeline from filing to a final judgment in a seven-month time period would be unheard of in any other court in the state of Texas, whether it’s state court or federal court,”
