Former federal judge and Roy Petty and Associates special counsel Dan Weiss warns in his latest op-ed published in the Austin American-Statesman that allowing ICE to enter homes with self-signed administrative warrants, rather than judicial ones, invites violence and violates the Fourth Amendment.  

Weiss argues that bypassing judicial oversight risks fatal confrontations, particularly in states with high gun ownership, and is calling on Congress to mandate judicial warrants to restore constitutional legitimacy.
