Victim sues Six Flags over chemical exposure at Hurricane Harbor Splashtown

“Our clients gradually starting getting sick over the weekend and received medical treatment today,” said Derek Potts [of Potts Law Firm], a lawyer for Amanda Regulus, who lives in Harris County. Potts is seeking up to $1 million in damages, according to the filing. He said he has been hired by other families, as well.
