Eric Firouzbakht, founder of the Firouzbakht Law Firm, spoke with Dallas’ ABC and NBC affiliates on two lawsuits filed by the firm against a local apartment complex after two shootings there left one person dead, and two juveniles injured. 

“The area has high crime, but instead of doing things to deter that or prevent that, we believe this complex has created an environment where these criminals feel safe,” Mr. Firouzbakht, told WFAA.
