Burns Charest and co-counsel have filed a proposed class action lawsuit in federal court against the Austin-based software and cybersecurity provider CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. on behalf of Delta Airlines customers. Texas Lawyer’s story (subscription required) detailed the lawsuit, which alleges negligence in the design and implementation of a CrowdStrike software update, claiming that the update wasn’t properly testedand users weren’t adequately warned of its impact.
