DALLAS (September 19, 2023) – To help serve clients in complex criminal investigations, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has added former Assistant United States Attorney Stephen K. Moulton as a senior attorney in the firm’s Dallas office.
“Stephen’s experience with the Department of Justice and his reputation for successful collaboration with representatives from federal agencies will be invaluable to clients facing investigations in Texas and throughout the country,” said Bradley Dallas Office Managing Partner Gene R. Besen.
A persuasive litigator and former prosecutor, Mr. Moulton is a member of Bradley’s Government Enforcement & Investigations Practice Group. He has managed numerous complex criminal matters and has a proven record of working with investigators, opposing counsel, and courts to evaluate and resolve cases efficiently and fairly. Prior to joining Bradley, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Alabama, where he investigated and litigated federal matters with a focus on white-collar and financial crimes. Mr. Moulton also worked as a trial attorney for the Tax Division of the Western Criminal Enforcement Section in the District of Columbia and as a Special Assistant in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
Mr. Moulton received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and earned his B.A. from Biola University. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern with the Supreme Court of Texas and with the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas. He then served as a law clerk to the Hon. George P. Kazen in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas for two years after graduating from law school.
