The list recognizes attorneys who primarily draft offering documents for EB-5 financing. Honorees were selected by a community-wide nomination and voting process, along with editorial input, and evaluated on industry experience, track record, and reputation within the field.
Mr. Armstrong’s practice is focused in the area of project finance, including equity financing and lender and borrower representation, with an emphasis on EB-5 related cross border financing transactions, as well as private equity and real estate investment and development. He has represented sponsors and real estate developers in over $5 billion in EB-5 involved financings and has been engaged as an expert witness in litigation matters involving EB-5 Immigrant Investment financings.
A Certified Financial Crime Specialist through the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists, Mr. Armstrong advises clients on matters involving anti-money laundering compliance. He has advised U.S. House and Senate offices, committees of the U.S. Congress, and policy and industry trade groups on alternative and international investment, as well as lending matters.
Mr. Armstrong received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his B.B.A. from Tulane University and earned an executive global master’s in management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
