The Dallas Morning News mentioned Dallas appellate attorney Chad Baruch of Johnston Tobey & Baruch law firm as lead author of a high-profile amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court. Baruch’s filing urged the court to prevent prosecutors from using a defendant’s rap lyrics as evidence of “future dangerousness” in death penalty cases.
