Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann partner Mary Goodrich Nix was interviewed by FOX 4 News to discuss the latest developments in the legal dispute between Robert Morris and Gateway Church. 

The church is asking the court to block Mr. Morris’ request for arbitration over a $1 million payout, along with additional demands that Gateway fund $600,000 to $800,000 annually into retirement accounts for both him and his wife—for the rest of their lives. The church argues Morris is attempting to sidestep its established mediation process for resolving internal disputes.
