Plaintiff firm Olson Grimsley Kawanabe Hinchcliff & Murray’s most recent verdict – a multimillion win for its client Thermal Pipe Shields – was mentioned in The Denver Post. The piece titled “Denver-based Johns Manville Loses $20.3 million antitrust case to small Washington company,” features quotes from name partner Sean Grimsley.
After five years of litigation, a federal court jury found that the company had a monopoly in the product and had made anti-competitive threats against Thermal Pipe Shields, Inc.
“This was a hard-fought victory for our client who had the fortitude and staying power to stand up for what’s right. We are grateful that the jury recognized Johns Manville’s wrongful conduct. No matter how large or powerful, no company is above the law,” Mr. Grimsley told The Denver Post.
